Started with 7 1/2″ layering cs and stamped rose spray 8 time with homemade large wreath template in black ink. Colored with copics and watercolors then sprayed with shimmer. Trimmed to fit 5 1/2×7 1/2 cs base. Added Silhouette sentiment and hand tied bow.
