Wanted to play with my new embossing powder in Brass Band. Placed harlequin stencil on black cs and spread foiling medium. While still wet added the embossing powder then heat set. Layered this on white cs base with black ribbon. Layered on die cut flourishes that had been stamped in black with a tag that has heat set sentiment. Top edges of flourishes are popped up as is the tag.
