For Gina K: February Challenge
While watching Lisa Hetrick demo her new stamp set, she was creating flowy flowers. I got the bright idea to use the same technique on glossy photo paper. I inked up the flower stamp with Coral Reef, sprayed the stamp and photo paper with lots of water. Got some movement but not tons. Once dried stamped again with ink only, no water added, to enhance the details back in. Worked for both the flowers and leaves stamped in Fresh Asparagus. Added some blue watercolor for background then mounted on Powder Blue cs and stripe b&w. Part of the challenge was to decorate the inside, too. Used a border stamp in Coral Reef and more b&w stripe strip. Love the sentiment.
